The ornaments arrived yesterday and they are beautiful!!!!!!!!! I loved how you did the one for Mike and Kerry’s engagement – I don’t know if I can wait til later to give it to them!! It will truly be a keepsake for them – as well as for us and for her parents. And the one you made special of the cat we have now – Niles – looks so much like him – I had to give that ornament to my husband already – he claims he’s Nile’s “human of choice” – which he is!!!!!!! All the ornaments look great – makes me want to get out the Christmas tree!! Thanks again for a great job!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry this letter comes so long after Christmas. I meant to reach you much sooner.

I ordered several of your family tree ornments this past holiday. I want you to know that my sisters and mother-in-law were suprised by the gift, and thrilled with your work.

I ordered one for my mother which held 23 hearts total. I had asked that you place my brother's heart closest to my parents as he has passed away. Not only did you follow my request, but you painted a tiny heart underneath his name as well. My mother opened her ornament and she and my father stood together reading the names. I stood with them trying to explain about "Michael's" name and that you had thought to paint the tiny heart in addition, but I started to choke up and cry. My parents were both in tears and my mother said, "Oh, you remembered your brother!" in between sobbing.

I have to tell you that your ornament was the best gift for both of my parents; and my mother asked that I contact you and give her heart-felt thank you for such a wonderful keepsake. She displays it on her fireplace mantle where she can show it off to all who visit. You made her Christmas the most memorable one in years since losing my brother.

Thank you Amy, for having such an artistic gift to share with others, and for your thoughtfulness with not only my brother's heart, but I had also misspelled a nephew's name and forgot that it would need to be corrected on two separate ornaments. You caught my error and made the correction to both trees.
