I am Amy Potts, and I work hard to make Dough-si-Dough Personalized Christmas Ornaments the finest personalized ornaments of their kind anywhere. I am a one-woman, small business: I design every ornament, make every ornament, paint every ornament, apply the glossy finish, do the final detail work, and personalize each one. |
Additionally, I designed and maintain this website. I do all my clerical work, order entry, packing, and shipping. At one point or another, through email, phone conversations, or in person at my Craft Shows, I have individual, personal contact with each and every Dough-si-Dough customer. And that is just the way I enjoy doing things. |
I am not trying to be the biggest personalized Christmas ornament business. Just the best. And my customers are the best as well. They appreciate the quality of my ornaments. They like the fact that I take time to get their ornaments just right: I contact them for order clarification, often catch misspellings myself, and correct errors or problems in the most convenient possible way, whether the mistake is theirs or my own (it's usually mine!). |
My customers also tolerate the length of time it takes to get Dough-si-Dough Personalized Christmas Ornaments. They order in April and May, and in the summer, and they respect my very early deadline* for Christmas. They appreciate what it takes for me to make and deliver personalized Christmas ornaments of this quality...and I try to let my work show how much I appreciate them! |

*Due to the large number of orders I have received in Spring and Summer of 2008, I am having to change my deadline to July 31. Click here for further information |
